Title: How to change the php version?
Post by: spicer on July 22, 2020, 04:52:19 pm
I also installed php7.4.
The system always goes on the php7.3 paths.
I have seen that you can manage php versions in other panels via GUI.
How do you do that in EHCP Force?

You can't.  Use PHP 7.4 or whatever version the installer installs for you (OS and Version Specific).

But I can't change. I install php7.4and delete 7.3, reboot.
Apache2 starts not. EHCP is death....

In the PROD machine the upgrade works not. Same than in the TEST machine.

What do you recommend me
Ubuntu or Debian?
Ubuntu LTS is guaranteed 5 years of support.
Debian is quickly changing versions today.

ATM the PROD machine use php7.2 (Ubuntu 18.04)
In the future I must upgrade to 20.04 or Debian 10
