Technical Help / all my websites are down after putting a "passive" site

the day of deactivating one of my sites putting it as "passive"
the change did not happen at the time, and today I found all my sites dropped, including access to the panel.
I know it's not my host, since I paid in time and form and I can access via ssh, the only thing different was that change from active to passive

Is there any way to change that configuration manually in some file or changing some value in some database?

Try to make my own nameservers under the spotiads.net domain
I use AWS as hosting, with ubuntu server. I attach captures as I have configured.
Could I be missing some configuration?

Technical Help / ftp access with Filezilla/WinSCP?

Good day,
I need to log in via ftp to my server (AWS), when I created my instance in amazon they gave me a .pem file
Which if I use with the user by default I get to enter and modify only what is in "/home/user"
If I check the permits I get the following

just it... if I send an email (image 1) it going to spam (image 2)
And if i try to answer google sends me an error (image 3)

Hi, good day... well my problem is clear, i can't create a database to test ehcp force
