These are the constants in-use by the template.  If you copy en.php and name it german.php, translate the constants, and give me a copy, I can generate the german template files for the theme.

PHPMyAdmin rarely changes.  Thus, an update is not recommended.

Also, it appears that PHP 7.3 is the default in Debian rather than PHP 7.4.

This is caused by changes made in the Python packages.  It's already been fixed in Ubuntu, and now it's been fixed in Debian with the latest release.

I tested a fresh install of EHCP Force in Debian 8, 9, and 10 today, and it all worked fine.
