all my websites are down after putting a "passive" site
« on: June 12, 2019, 12:34:38 pm »
the day of deactivating one of my sites putting it as "passive"
the change did not happen at the time, and today I found all my sites dropped, including access to the panel.
I know it's not my host, since I paid in time and form and I can access via ssh, the only thing different was that change from active to passive

Is there any way to change that configuration manually in some file or changing some value in some database?

What do the web server logs show?

They are stored in /var/log/nginx or /var/log/apache2 depending on which webserver you're using.
